    +Romaine with some bitter greens and bottled poppy seed dressing (Annie’s).

    +Grilled skirt steak, grilled red onions and green pepper, avocado fajitas.

    +Spanish rice variation (I made it up as I went along…)

    +Chocolate cake with whole wheat pastry flour, dates, lot-so chocolate and bourbon cream frosting.

    An earthquake just hit as I wrote this. 3pm. Felt it in this house so it must have been a good one.

    quake was only a 3.7….epicentered in EKA….which must be why I felt it.
