Birthday Dinner at Moonstone Beach
The original plan was to have a picnic at Moonstone Beach around a roaring fire. Open fires aren’t allowed at the beach. Then the weather has been so windy that we decided to bring a fire pit to our backyard. Heck, you can rent one at McKinleyville Ace. Dave had a better plan. His yard would at least have sun, AND, his next door neighbor owns a portable fire pit. Look at the steam coming off those baked beans.
It still might be a little chilly in Arcata in June, but with a fire…..
