Bubbling Brew
Very moist dough for “pizza bianca”…..a very chewy flatbread from Cook’s Illustrated. The dough will be baked with a rosemary, salt, and thinnly sliced red onions on top. This creatiion is going to the farm for the end-of-the-season potluck.

Potlucks can be so scary. Durry and I are a conceited pair of cookers — and this flatbread was the best item there. People try hard to feed their families good food, but I can see why some children go astray…..there are too many questionable ingredients, and VERY poor presentation! But he had fun and certainly ate. Avalon’s grandparents live right next door to the farm, so she and her mom came over for some of the afternoon activities. Avalon is a tall and adorable two year old.
