I wonder if these are the ancesters I am looking for,my grandfather name is thomas harrison watts.he had 5 kids one son named thomas harrison watts,the other tilford watts.He farmed here in roswell,nm.he died in 1945.

Hi. I am so thrilled that I have found your site. I am doing research on my family. My mother, Sylvia Jones Workman, passed away in December 2010. Her father, Farris Kenneth Jones, my Granddaddy, lived in Goldthwaite and I have many wonderful memories of him, my Granny, Lavera Oltrogge Jones, mom, dad, and the whole rest of the family. His father was Walter Jones and Walter’s father was Christopher Jones. I love the picture that you have posted of Chris and Mary. Thanks so much for doing this. I live in Katy on the west side of Houston…and I am a quilter and go the Houston Show every year…yeah! I have enjoyed the research and hit a road block with Benjamin. I sure wish I knew more. He! I just posted on the last topix of this.But John carl watts was born in 1798 md some say madison co,ky he died in 1849.that might be why you dont fine a divorce record before she trade land.From my understanding they were not divorce.If you go to the watts reunion they hold once year up at natural bridge.The fist watts were George watts familythat came to kentukcy to here them tell it.check into it.Look for family search.org you find some information.And watts reunion.
